Eva Soto Ortega, MSW, LCSW
Founder & Principal Consultant
Eva Soto Ortega is the Founder and Principal Consultant of VANTAGE Global Access Strategic Solutions LLC, a U.S.-based Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) providing administrative, operational, and strategic support services to government agencies, prime contractors, healthcare organizations, and organizations operating across the United States and Europe.
Drawing on extensive experience supporting the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Department of Defense (DoD), Eva has contributed to healthcare administration, behavioral health programs, stakeholder engagement, operational coordination, and mission-focused initiatives serving veterans, service members, military families, and government organizations. Her career reflects a deep understanding of federal systems, cross-functional collaboration, and the importance of delivering practical solutions in complex environments.
As a bilingual English-Spanish professional and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Eva brings together federal experience, cultural awareness, and strategic coordination to help organizations strengthen partnerships, improve operational effectiveness, and navigate opportunities across borders.
Recognizing the increasing demand for trusted international collaboration, Eva founded VANTAGE to serve as a strategic bridge between organizations in the United States and Europe, with specialized expertise in Spain and the Iberian region. Today, VANTAGE supports government agencies, prime contractors, healthcare organizations, and businesses seeking reliable administrative, operational, and strategic solutions for domestic and international initiatives.
Eva earned her Master of Social Work (Magna Cum Laude) from Loyola University Chicago and remains committed to professional excellence through active membership in the National Contract Management Association (NCMA), the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and Blue Star Families.
Her leadership reflects VANTAGE’s commitment to building trusted partnerships, strengthening international collaboration, and creating opportunities that connect people, organizations, and missions across the United States and Europe.
